Fellow women 'DIY'ers

Hi I often frequent these forums but haven't posted before. I am a female diyer and wondered how many more were also out there Personally I know lots of women that do DIY nowadays for lots of different reasons. My reason is because I get sick of waiting for 'tomorrow' I don't particularly enjoy it though
Why do other female DIYers do DIY, what kind of things have you done? What was the last thing you bought from a DIY store?
