The ferrari formula 1 team yesterday sacked it's entire pit crew.
The announcement followed ferraris decision to take full advantage of the goverments youth scheme and employ people from liverpool.
The decision followed a recent documentary on how unemployed youths from liverpool could remove a set of wheels in under 6 seconds without proper equipment while the ferrari crew with thousands of euros of high tech equipment took 8 seconds.
Tony Blair went on record as saying "it is a bold move by the ferrari team which demonstrates recongnition of the UK under new labour, as most races are won and lost in the pits ferrari now have the upper hand". However ferrari may have got more than they bargained for.
At the first practice session the Liverpool pit crew changed a set of tyres in under 6 seconds, but within 12 seconds they had re-sprayed, re-badged and sold the car to the mclaren team for 8 bottles of stella, a bag of smack and picture of david coulthard's bird in the shower!!
