Why do ITS quote ex VAT prices, they used to have a button where you could switch to plus VAT but now its greyed out below the ex VAT in bold and large print. IIRC ITS were one of the first on line tool companies 20 plus years ago, and were ahead of the game for some time.

Given that they sell to both trade and retail, by law, the VAT incl price should be in bold.
