hate to be the one to say it but its not worth chasing. What you will get through is a form to submit to say what you are owed this then gets added to the list of everyone else. Its a depressing process one where Customs and excise get first dibbs in the pot then the Liquidators take a ridiculous amount and then the bank. Once they're sorted then were any money to be left you get paid out a certain number of pence in the pound. In reality we've had about 10 companies go on us and never got anything back.

were owed about £250 for some accoiunts work my wife did. the company went into voluntary liquidation (scum bags). No hope of anything, not when the liquidators charge 22p for every envelope they use and 5p for every sheet of paper as listed on their charges in teh liquidation info they send.
