How do i find the landlord of a property which i can approch as i have asbos living in it and need to evict pronto

I've been to land registry in the past with the adderss of the property I wanted to find the owner of, they'll tell you for about a fiver, If there isn't an office near you, perhaps they'll do it over the phone?

I understand this. Are you the tenant, if so then who are you dealing with if not the landlord!! If its an agent, then I suggest putting it in writing to them, with a deadline. If not, then why are you trying to evict the landlord!!
