Hello,
I have renovated one room, and we paid professionals to instal a new window and replaster the room.
But the junction between the plaster and the window is not great. See the picture below.

What approach can I take to improve the finish?
Thanks

Normal finish would be to add a corner or stop bead and return the plaster into the frame. Any reason why you haven't asked the 'professionals' to finish it properly?

Thanks.
The plasterer said the window fitter should do it, and when the window fitter came, he said the plasterer should do it.
When asked, the plasterer asked for more money.

If the window fitter came after the plasterer, you can hardly expect the plasterer to come back and make good. And it's not a standard window fitter job - not without adding it to the specification. So I reckon it's down to you to sort out. Quite difficult to do with plaster beading at this stage. Maybe a uPVC cover moulding?

or a wooden scotia moulding ? glued to the plaster - after tidying and then painters mate to fill . don't stick it to the plastic - let it move if it so wants (y)
