Hey all heres some pics of the first stage of my home renovation project. We completed the main bedroom first so we had at least one room which was completed and could relax at the end of the day. Thanks for all the help ive received on this site. Still many rooms and a kitchen extension with conservatory to go!!!.....

I am not a fan of laminate in the bedroom but i am glad to see you did it right and utilised the fact that you had removed the skirtings.

Dude - Verry nice job of the window, looks better than most DG firms I have seen.

What did you do with the ceiling by the way, scrape back, skim and paint?

TOPTEC the ceiling was a low profile artex pattern so just skimmed over the top didnt scrape it back. Cheers.
