Happy new year all!

I recently purchased a wee cottage, one thing lead to another and ended up having the whole place skimmed at the beginning of November. The new plaster is now nice and dry. Following the mist coat ratio on the tin of water based emulsion I began painting. First room looks great, first mist coat applied then another (undiluted) coat a couple of days later and it's left a really good finish. Moving on to the bathroom and using the same paint and technique the paint looked patchy after mist coat, on second coat I've got a couple of small areas peeling, as pictured. Can I lightly sand these areas and try again? I don't know where I'm going wrong as first room went so well!

Bathroom deffo dry all over, plaster the same light colour?

Ventilation good?

I tend to add 20% water, not 10. But I use Dulux Trade, which is like Greek yogurt!

Some paints are very watery to start with.

I believe it was dry, a nice light pink colour.

There's a window in there that's been a little open. No door fitted yet so plenty air circulating from rest of cottage too.

This specific paint requires a 40:60 water paint ratio. Almost half and half. According to the tin. I've just been doing things by eye so could be slightly out, but again it worked so well in the other room. No issues where I've made a start on the hallway either!

Any suggestions on how I can fix?
