Fitting a Sanibest Macerator

I am in the process of fitting a Sanibest macerator, the discharge connector accomodates 32mm OD, 28mm OD and 22mm OD (solvent weld plastic) pipework. I am advised it is better to fit the larger pipe as 22mm is more easily blocked. However 32mm OD pipe is non-existent in the UK, and the 28mm virtually non-existent, so are Saniflow (French I believe) having a laugh?
I am thinking of connecting 22mm OD overflow pipe to the Sanibest connector and then converting immediately up to 32mm ID plastic pipe, but not sure in the Sanibest can handle the increased volume!
Any guidance appreciated.

just go to the diy store and buy 32mm solvent weld pipe.
you can use 22/28mm copper pipe, overflow, 32mm waste pipe.

Thx, I did try to fit the 32mm plastic pipe,widely available in all the stores, but this is actually 36mm OD so it will not fit into the macerator outlet. (max OD of 32mm)
