Hi

There is a small paint crack in our bathroom wall.

I'm a bit of a duffer with anything DIY, so have no idea how to fix.
Would greatly appreciate advice!

Photo attached with a toothbrush added for scale!

Scrape that area it back to good. Bit of 120grade sandpaper if required to finish off.
Toupret powder filler over. Sand smooth. Spot prime with paint.
If all looks good paint wall.

Question.

Is that lime plaster?
Old property?
Do you have high humidity or you controlling that?

Thanks!

Not sure on the plaster.
This was bult about 2018. We moved in in 2020.
We have the in-built fan that clicks in when you turn on the light.
There is high humidity in there we think.
The tapes have 'blown' and we are getting someone to fix that.

Consider a dehumidifier and run every evening for a few hours and get humidity to around 50.

You will have plasterboard
