[FIXED] Flexicom 18SX Low Pressure

Hi

We have a Flexicom 18SX boiler, and it has low pressure, so will now not fire up for hot water or heating.

From looking around online, most places say that there should be some grey knobs to turn to fill the boiler, which we have none of, or that there should be a flexible pipe for the filling loop - we don't have this either.

Would anyone know how we can go about filling the boiler to a suitable pressure so that we can get some heating/hot water again?

The filling loop may well be in your airing cupboard..perhaps a pic of your setup?

Just had a friend pop round who had this exact issue 3 days ago and you're right - the filling loop is in the airing cupboard. Problem solved, heating back on now.
