fixing an internal wall to a steel beam?

Hi

We are about to get an internal wall built in our house. The previous owners had the wall removed, and the 'hole' was supported by a steel beam in the ceiling. Will it be a problem to fix a new internal wall to this steel beam as opposed to screwing into wood?

How would we go about this?
