Hi,

I'm fixing a shower above my bath, it's a Bristan one, I've got the pipes in the right place and have drilled through the tiles for the screws but there's then a hollow gap then 18mm plywood then a cavity behind the tile. I've stupidly drilled through the plywood for two of the four holes on the one side so there's nothing for a screw to grip onto.

Is there any sort of wall anchor I can use? Or another solution I can find perhaps? Otherwise I'm thinking I need to fill the four holes I've made and drill for more if I can place the fixing at a different angle.

Hopefully that makes sense...

Cheers

Depending on hole size , either a wall plug or whittle a couple of pieces of scrap timber for timber wall plugs and tap them home .
