Well the closest encounter I have had was a while back when our lovely next door neighbours - a retired couple - their car wasn't starting on their drive as I pulled up so I said I would take him down to the surgery. He was all happy and chatty on the ride down. After he came out of the doctors office I have never seen him so pale, he didn't utter a word to me on the drive back - dead silence.

I thought oh no it must be bad news until a few days later I sent the other half over to check on them and she spilled the beans - he had his first prostrate exam.

There is both a flexible and rigid version. If your results are unfavorable you get treated to both.

Either they did a fair bit of research, or one of Joe Berger or Pascal Wyse has experience of that bit of fun - not sure how else they would have got the position of knees drawn up to the chest right.

If you do it with anything that has alcohol in it then it is probably the best way to get drunk (I'm told).

Just don't try it with champagne or anything else that's fizzy
