Hi,
I'm trying to raise the height of a concrete slab floor in my porch to match the rest of my house.
I need to raise it about 70mm. I can use a thin layer of self levelling to level it, but I can't use a deep levelling compound since the DMP for the porch masonry is about 30mm above current concrete slab.
I was thinking of using a floating floor.
I'm wanting to tile onto the floor so tiles and adhesive would take up about 13mm.
I was thinking of using:
Self levelling screed to get a consistent ~63mm from finished height.
25mm floor insulation (https://www.selcobw.com/jabfloor-70-floor-insulation-2400-x-1200-x-25mm)
25mm plywood.
13mm Tile and adhesive
Any thoughts? Cheers
