Go to the main floors/stairs/floor tiling section. At the top of the page are where the stickies are.... you see where it says "sticky".

sticky is a topic which will always be at the top of the page as normally useful info which covers the most asked questions. as for wiki im not all that sure yet but think it will come with time to us all.
