Having studied the vid very carefully, the only fault I could find, was the lack of an amber flashing light, everything else seemed fine

Reminds me of when I used to work on the Royal Portbury Docks near Bristol, in the car import storage yards.

As I approached the side of the lorry that I was unloading pallets from, I had my forks raised a couple of feet. Got too close to the lorry, and put the forks through the side of the fuel tank! Tank was nearly full.

Took me a few weeks to live that one down.
