French door subfloor

Hello,

Am going to install replace the current window with French doors. However the subfloor is suspended timber and the boards don’t reach the edge.

Would it be okay to bolt a timber to to the brick work and then extend the floor boards up to the brick work?

Or perhaps concrete this area. And bro g the concrete level up to the subfloor level?
