French doors not closing snugly to seals

Hi,

I had some double glazed upvc french doors fitted last year and when they were fitted I had the builder back a few times to reset them as they didnt seal properly to the seals.
Has anyone got any pictures of there french door locks/strikers that I can compare mine to.
The first door has the ecntre bar screwed to it and then the second door closes onto this. Should the centre bar fit against the seal on the frame or should I cut away some seal so the centre bar goes fully against the frame. This would bring the first door in closer and then hopefully the second door would close easier and seal better.

Has anyone got any comments or help??

Dont cut it, get the builder back to adjust it
