Builders are always intimidating and they have big boxes of sharp tools - and communicate with grunts.

But ... tell you what you keep using it and in 20 years time we'll see who gets cancer - ok ?

Atmospheric pollution is the biggest cause of cancer and the denser the population the more the risk, perhaps you should stop breathing and move to an uninhabited island.
