This is a really simple modification, if you are able to wire a plug you should be able to do this yourself, so if you feel you are able, and want to do it, buy a pipe thermostat and post the details of it, and details of the existing frost thermostat on here, and we can tell you how to connect them together. There's no plumbing involved, get a pipe stat that is just clamped onto the pipe, or held in place by a spring. You can find an example here. You will also need a length of 0.75mm2 heat resistant cable sufficient to go between the frost stat and pipe stat. The pipe stat should be fitted to the boiler return pipe, but not so close to the boiler so that it is effected by heat being conducted from it.
