Fuel pump relay golf tdi

Hi guys my golf 1.6tdi 2010 suddenly died on me the other day..cranks up but doesn't start..fuses are all OK.. anyone can tell me which is the fuel pump relay under the dash drivers side? There's a few there..car starts fine by direct feed to pump..so I'm assuming it's a relay problem as the fuel pump is working fine. Ta
Or which part number relay I need ?

Update not the relay, no power going to fuel pump after relay?

No power to pump after the relay but a direct feed to the fuel pump gets the car running. Must be bad connection between the relay and the pump or a broken wire.

Are you sure the relay is actually working? It could be operating but not passing any current to the pump. I would actually swap it out as they are cheap enough. Have a look on you tube there are loads of videos on golf fuel pump problems.

When we had a similar problem with our 2008 Golf, it was the ignition relay that was giving us trouble.

Hi wasn't relays , had them all checked working fine...turned out to be a broken wire somewhere from fuel pump relay to the fuel pump...all good now
