I have a Dimension Panel that uses the GX Remote app to connect remotely, which I do need to multiple false alarms by staff!!
However the connection to the card fails more often than not, and until I power cycle the ethernet card, I cannot get it connecting again. Once the card has been rebooted it works fine again for a week or so then we are back in the same cycle. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?? If not can I use the same card to connect using SelfMon app, and is this more stable?

@GalaxyGuy I think I purchased the panel and ethernet card from you a couple of years ago
