Galaxy Dimension Issue - GX Remote

I have a Dimension Panel that uses the GX Remote app to connect remotely, which I do need to multiple false alarms by staff!!

However the connection to the card fails more often than not, and until I power cycle the ethernet card, I cannot get it connecting again. Once the card has been rebooted it works fine again for a week or so then we are back in the same cycle. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?? If not can I use the same card to connect using SelfMon app, and is this more stable?

@GalaxyGuy I think I purchased the panel and ethernet card from you a couple of years ago

Which version of the Ethernet module is it? Diagnostic menu 61.1.6 will show this. Older module versions suffer from crashes. If you bought it from me, pm me and I'll give some options.
