Mmmm not ideal, I guess the gasket wasn't cut slightly longer than needed to account for a bit of shrinkage though after only 2 months that shouldn't happen. Two options, either fill with black silicone or get the installer back, they'll need to remove the glass and replace the gasket but my guess is the won't have any and suggest stretching it back but in my experience thats only temporary, it will creep back
Thanks, I've sent the fitter a message. The problem I have is the building company has gone bust but I still have details of the subbies who did most of the work
Who was your contract with for the install, the builder or the window company? Was the build completed and did you receive any paperwork regarding the guarantees/certificates etc from the builder or window company?
If all else fails you could employ a window doctor type company to replace the gasket, it looks like a smarts bifold so gasket is readily availble online, I guess roughly £100 parts and labour but its worth trying the subbies for a bit of goodwill
