You need to get your dodgy sparks back in to either rectify or give you some money.

Braid not earthed, needs to be glanded in a similar fashion to SWA

This stinks to me, and whilst I say no offence if you did it, that's really not the case. If you did it, you should be aware that you are not competent to carry out this work without a doubt, and, judging by the new core colours, it should have installed in accordance with Part P!
If an electrician did it, they need to be shot!
