I am wanting to board out my garage with OSB to create a loft space and have 2 questions so far;
1) There are two heights of joist which I plan to overcome by adding a baton of OSB to adequately increase the height of the lower joist across the transition. Is this an acceptable method?
2) there are some diagonal, much thinner planks, as per photo. The plan is to cut OSB to size to slot next to them (attached to joist), then put another OSB board on top to join at the joist. Is this an acceptable method?
