General Tips.

Anyone else got similar 'household tips', as they used to be known as.
1. When sizing a radiator cabinet allow 50 to 100mm above the top of the radiator for air movement

2. When installing a radiator cabinet with a thermostatic valve ensure that the valve ends up outside the radiator cabinet

If you don't have a funnel with a flexible hose to top up the oil in your car, cut up a series of plastic coke bottles to create an adjustable funnel (using gaffer tape to maintain the required angle).
 
If you have a gang bang , try not to be last in line.
 
When sprinkling Salt and Vinegar on your fish & chips. Always add the salt first as it freely reaches other parts. Add the Vinegar first will only make the salt stick.

I learned this off my young Scouse friend from the Wirral. She was a ‍ chef

Gonna revive this thread to keep a memory of Conny alive in the forum...

If you don't use a household torch very often, remember to remove the batteries when you put it back in that drawer full of junk to prevent them getting crusty.

Always add vinegar first to help the salt stick evenly , I was a chef.
