"He was arrested again in September 1977 and later pleaded guilty to his involvement in an armed robbery at the Bank of Cyprus in London."

Yep, sounds totally innocent ehh.

Yes, undoubtably he was a crim. The robbery at the London Electricity Board was maybe one that he didn't do, and caused a big fuss at the time. Think he kept quiet about all the ones he did get away with though.

Interesting case all the same. Remember being up in London as a kid, and seeing all the graffiti on the walls. I think it is still on one wall somewhere.. Wouldn't have imagined it was still going on all these years later.

Not from there, Squeaky, but in the late 70’s early 80’s I was working in the city. We used to do an occasional sojourn to Limehouse for TGF as it was very well-known in those days - much revered for its fresh seafood and non-use of msg. It still seems to be listed in several on-line directories but I took a glimpse on googlemaps and got Ocean Building Supplies - this was using postcode E14 7PG. I reckon Chinese food has fallen away a bit in popularity terms over the last few years. Perhaps Thai cuisine is now a more preferred choice?
