Not from there, Squeaky, but in the late 70’s early 80’s I was working in the city. We used to do an occasional sojourn to Limehouse for TGF as it was very well-known in those days - much revered for its fresh seafood and non-use of msg. It still seems to be listed in several on-line directories but I took a glimpse on googlemaps and got
Ocean Building Supplies - this was using postcode E14 7PG. I reckon Chinese food has fallen away a bit in popularity terms over the last few years. Perhaps Thai cuisine is now a more preferred choice?
