Have many fond memories of Glastonbury from the late '80's through to the '20's...

Now tend to go to smaller festivals such as Beautiful Days which we're doing again this year after a long hiatus.

We did Beautiful Days throughout the 2000s (last one in 2012), but then kids arrived, and it became too long a drive. Great festival though.

Watched a few sets this weekend on iPlayer. Highlights were:
Young Fathers - really good performance, words can't really describe.

Viagra Boys - Was hoping to see them at a festival earlier this year, but clashed with another band. Pure swagger, and really got the crowd going. That mosh pit looked awesome.

Nova Twins - Totally kicked arse. Saw them last year at a festival for a song or two, and wished I'd stayed.

Sparks were ok as well.

If I'd been there, I probably wouldn't have gone near the Pyramid Stage (Royal Blood being a possible exception). GnRs well past their sell by date.
