BTW. I am skint sadly, plus I can't really afford a new central heating system as I'm told they tend to be wall hung, and there is literally no new place to hang it to vent outside unless I remodel the whole damn bungalow! lol

I am open to suggestions if anybody can recommend the same style of boiler as a straight replacement, but I've been told they don't exist either

Thanks a million, and oddly enough, I haven't missed out a 0, if you magnify the picture they show of the gas valve it has no 0 in it. Strange...

Sadly they're in bristol Anybody got one closer? At least I know it still exists Cheers

It is against corgi (and now gas safe) advice to fit used/second hand parts!

it may be against there advice, but if its a genuine part fitted and set up correctly by a qualified engineer who would check its safe and operating correctly whats the problem?
