Problem is hot water works OK but the C/H only works when water is on,not when it is due to be on on its own.boiler runs 13 rads and hot water,clock is a Danfoss TP9 and thermostat is a Danfoss TP1.can any one help
P.S system is five years old and has only being serviced once.

Glow worm Energysaver do not know boiler output or system will try and find manuel and post later today.

He means what about motorised valves. Presumably it has aleways been as you describe?
