2 ways for pump to be wired on these.
If your pump is wired direct from the boiler then it gets its power from a circuit on the pcb so it may well need the fan to be working for power to get to that bit from air pressure switch getting made , honestly can`t remember if pump and fan get power at same time.

If pump is not wired direct from boiler then fan will not have any affect

Thanks for everyone's help, i've replaced the fan and it is working fine.

if the fan is moving freely and getting power then theres a good chance its the air pressure switch.. (assuming the venturis are not blocked)
