Anyone have a real goalkeeper to hand?
In the words of the immortal Clough "..He is a clown.." . I hope these words do for England what they did for Polish 1974 team. They famously prevented England qualifying through goalkeeper Jan 'The Clown' Tomaszewski at Wembley .. I remember it well !

That had to be one of the softest goals ever, typical England, snatching "defeat" out of the jaws of victory.
But well done team 'Cole' ! Finally some wing action build up properly !
(And Joe Cole was the best man of the match and his goal will be one of the 'golden' ones of this tournament! And his assist to Gerard will be remembered also for a long time, great player)

I reckon no one more surprised than 'sheike aleg' JC when his punt 'went in' .
Cannot see much point in dribbling around two players, pulling up then passing back to someone with no idea what to do with the ball.. 'cept hand it to the other side !
We need a Georgie Best type player .. Beeline for goal and the defenders know he WILL take them on, they also know he'll probably beat them too, where are such players ?
No doubt many are kicked and fouled out of the game at an early age because they get no protection from refs on school playing fields (if any) to local parks ...
Most Ingerland players play with fear in their hearts - and it shows.
£100k per wk? 100 co-op checks would be overpayment !
