I moved into a property and the previous owners had left a gplan table (teak wood?)

I am looking at tidying it up before selling.

I put some danish oil as the table looked a bit dried out.

Is there a particular oil to help achieve the same colour as the extension wood (seen on the left).

Thanks as always !

When I did an oak table a few months back there was no way in the world could I match the leaves, which had been folded down for years, to the top of the table. I had to take all the wood back to bare wood and then I used tung oil for the finish.

For any oil to work you need to take it back to bare wood, you also need to take it back to new (unbleached) wood, this can be difficult without going through the veneer, even then you might need to apply a stain to match the colour.
