My identifier accurately shows the Amazon product as Avocado.

But still says your plant is an English Walnut.

I've done it. And it comes up as a Walnut. Last year we had avocados growing but appeared to have died in the winter.

I'm holding out in the hope I can start an Avocado plantation.
 
I’ve been looking everywhere for a bush like that with those 'grapes' you had! Just realised you are now talking about two different plants.

We have a walnut tree on a green near me. I’ve had a good few walnuts from it. Looked into growing one and I think I read that it takes about 7 years to start producing nuts.
