Exterior wall which has not been rendered, the brickwork was painted white a number of years ago with masonry paint.

The paint has started to come away/flaky/bubbling and green mould is on the walls.

I've applied bleach/white vinegar on the walls and intend to scrap off remove the paint and then reapply a fresh coat of paint.

Is there anything else I can do to prevent the wall from getting green mould/bubbling paint again?

Show us some photos of the wall, all the way up to the roof, and all the way down to the airbricks and ground or paving.

Include drains, downpipes, gutters, pipes and manholes.

Look especially at the gutters to see if water is spilling out.

What was the reason for adding the paint?
