Thats an interesting unit for a very big house.
But even so its not very efficient as a heat pump. It uses 62 kW input to produce an output of 67 kW.
And as to the cost ??? I would be guessing quite a lot!
If I even had enough time before I died I would convert an old car engine to gas power and drive an alternator which could drive an air source heat pump. That could be quite efficient!
