Awful!
Those ripples are a big problem, also the bumps/exposed mat (and pinholes?) Will let water in.
The fall is not enough but GRP can be laid to zero fall. Perhaps GRP was chosen as an alternative to fixing the fall on the roof?

There is a fall but there is a ridge at the end which is stopping the run off!

Building control were out this morning and it hasnt passed.

Why don't you say what you are worried about ?
All flat roofs are liable to puddling for a start, anything else ?
Well I am not a building or roofing expert which is why I employ a professional to complete the job. Frustratingly, it appears that I now know more about roofing than the person I employed!

Where do I start:
1: ponding (although not a huge issue)
2: trims not fitted correctly and then as after thought baton placed underneath and screwed it in. This should have been pu adhesive to the bottom and not screwed. The screws have dinked all the trim. Tried to cover up the screws by a roughly placed piece of mat.
4:Trims then painted with a cheap paint brush leaving brush strokes and bristles in the finish.
5: Trim joins not bandaged and sealed.
6: Corner trims initially not bandaged and then done as a fox but didn’t roller in just added top coat leaving a mess and holes.
4: ran out of resin during the application and had to go and get more.
5: matting exposed due to lack of resin on portion of the roof.
5: some sort of sanding taken place leaving a finish looking like concrete on one area.
6: bandaged the drip tray to create a ridge causing the ponding issue.

A catalogue of errors, short cuts and lack of professional pride

As all above comments, it's a total lash-up. Not a good time of year to be doing GRP, you have to be spot-on with catalyst- get it wrong & the resin either goes off instantly (so pinhole city) or takes weeks (so water penetration).
Ripples indicate the substrate was wet when resin was applied (another big no no).
Not enough topcoat on some sections.
Rip it off, start again.
