Grundfos Central Heating Pump Plan

he Grundfos pump plan saga goes on.
July 2016 Worcester Bosch Greenstar boilers wiring guide shows the pump plan for 2 pump systems on pages 13, 25 and 61 so anyone with a 2 pump system buying one of those boilers will find that Grundfos no longer make the wiring centre. So you end up with a boiler that no one knows how to wire in so that the pump over-run works!
If I'm wrong and someone can tell me - then shall be eternally grateful as have a new Ri 24kw on the wall and can't trigger the over-run without some wiring / relay info!

If you have a Grundfos pump plan, you will still have the wiring centre, because they were supplied together.

If you have a heating system with two Grundfos pumps (far more common) you need an installer who understands electrics. That should be any boiler installer; but the reality is many are combi bashers and bathroom installers who haven't the knowledge...

NB: Warranty is invalid on the boiler with no pump overrrun.

Pardon me if I sound daft but could you not copy the wiring plan of the new Worcester combi the have the two pump system is the wiring not similar

You need to have something in place for the pump overrun to stop the schitty heat exchanger from imploding on itself. Can think of a couple of ways of doing it.

As you need to open the combustion chamber to do any wiring though we can't be giving this advice on the forum.

Thank you - have been in touch with Tony Glazier of Agile Services and he can do it! Cheers everyone.

Do you still have the grundfos wiring centre ? if not I dont think agile is gonna sort you out.

It will not be just £84. That is the diagnostic fee in my local area.

This job will require investigating exactly what is fitted and almost certainly will need an ad hoc control interface.

Cheers Razor900, at 70+ years old I get plenty of gas jokes from my kids and have gas and to spare from my missus - probably get even more if she sees this!
