Orange really took the biscuit though, back in '02 I'm paying about £140/month on contract and they took 10 days to get me a new phone.


hope you got a better contract now! thats a horrendous bill! :eek:
 
Never had an issue with O2, I either call them and they send out a new one to be with me next day (with a return label to send back the duff one), or go into a shop and they swap it there and then.
