having gutter filters fitted next week, foam based they fit right through whole gutter and leaves and moss just go straight over and water through.... any thoughts cos the whole lot (38 mtrs) is about £180 including vat and fitting.

Works well till a wet soggy leaf hangs half on, half off the gutter, then decides to stay there all summer, welded to the gutter.
