What is the conservatory worth Negotiate with your buyer to exclude it`s value . Then in effect you sell the house with the conservatory due for demolition. Yeah, you loose, BUT you don`t loose your dream home . I just got Guzundered by £5k on the bungalow i`m now sitting in -2 months ago. I spent £££ on my last house. You gotta live in the Free Market. I would unclip the gutter from the running outlet and then put a tennis ball in the hole, this will make the gutter back up over your neighbours fence, this will ensure he wants the gutter to be clear in the future.
