Hi all

I am planning to have a EV charger point and the ideal spot marked on the picture currently has guttering in the way. One idea is to redirect the water to the other piece of guttering as per the arrow but I don’t know what sort of a job this is and if it would work ? Any advice appreciated!

That's a lot of water you would be diverting and may be too much for the outlet to handle in heavy downpours.
It would look terrible as well.
Why not put the charging point on the return of the wall?

The return isn’t wide enough for the charger box we want. Agreed regarding the potential overflow of water ! I’m now thinking to tuck it out of the way in the garage with the cable under the door !

Those paviors will lift and re-lay a piece of cake. Take the drain 500mm or so, just around the corner. Swan-neck the gutter around the corner to suit.

OP,
Your original plan is the best solution - no need for digging or convoluted pipe work.
Return the upper gutter round the corner, and drop a down pipe (with a shoe on the end) into the garage gutter.
You would only be taking a manageable flow of the upper water, and the garage gutter could handle it.
