Hi,

I moved into a house 2 yrs ago, that was built 5 yrs ago. I had a RICS level 2 survey with no issues reported.
The development consists of 60 bungalows in Essex. I have now been made aware that 5 bungalows have subsidence problems, so I'm worried.
I've looked around the bungalow and all seems OK, other than this crack on an outside wall and one inside. The inside crack is not on the same window as the outside one. The outside one goes through the bricks and stops a few bricks from the bottom currently.
Can anyone tell me if I should be worried?

Thank you.
