Or clutch cylinder? Any fluid leaking between the engine and gearbox?

Not that I know of, it's not an excessive leak just needs topping up from under minimum to max every 8 days or so

That is a severe leak, and you must find out where it is before we can go any further.
The fluid can leak into the servo, at the clutch slave (the clutch and brake can use the same reservoir),
Any of the solid or flexible pipes or any of the four calipers.
Also check around the pedal area inside the car.
John :)

He needs to swap a motor vehicle for something much simpler and much less deadly, like a bicycle or some roller skates, before he kills someone.
I think that is unfair, if he wants a car let him have one...

Seriously my friend Rightboy91, you must consider scrapping this scrap that you refer to as a "car".
IT IS A SCRAP.
You must realise that all things come to an end and let it go.
One day even you and me will be gone for good.
Let this scrap go to scrap heaven.
It is just a scrap and belongs to the scrap yard.
In case i didn't mention it, you must realise this is a SCRAP and it's dangerous to you and other road users.
In case of brake failure, the old bill WILL get hold of this and other threads and charge you for very serious offences.
On top of it, your insurance will be invalid and they'll make you bankrupt.
Let it go.
SCRAP THIS DEATH TRAP.
IT IS A SCRAP, NOTHING ELSE THAN A SCRAP.
Now, would someone count how many times I said "scrap"?
