I have hard wired my dash cam into my car. Yet for some reason it's not charged. I have out it into the radio fuse and other fuses yet it still doesn't seem to charge. Have i done something wrong or is there a better way?

Does the black wire also go to the dash cam?
Is the screw it has been connected to really grounded to the car chassis?
I may be wrong, but it looks as if it is only going into plastic - have you checked the output with a multimeter?

The black bolt is metal, but maybe something pure metal not possibly painted?

The wire is connected to the dash cam and all plugged in.

I've attempted to use a multimeter but it shows no power coming out of any of them so just assumed the multimeter was broken

The black bolt may be metal, but it doesn't mean it is connected to any other peice if metal in the car.
You will have to search for another ground to connect the black wire to.

As above, without a ground connection, that doesn't prove the multimeter is broken.

Not quite a Hyundai Getz, but this video may give you an idea...
