Just to confirm, I tested Brown wire to Neutral, without Hive calling and there was 0v. With Hive turned on, I was getting 240v, yet the valve didn't move, so does that sound like like a knackered actuator/valve head?

No where local seems to sell the Danfoss HPA2's?

Sorry I thought you had a 3 port valve. Yes just swap it, the HPA2 head is cheap and readily available online.

I ordered a new actuator from Amazon Prime at at 21.00 and it got delivered the next day which was Sunday! I've installed it, and all is working well again now!
