Hi, I've just moved into a house that has a self-contained garden annexe. As far as I'm aware it doesn't have any heating but I've just found something on a wall - see attached photo - which looks like it does control some heating? There's no radiators or heaters in the annexe at all.

Grateful for any advice please.
